After the holidays, we all have a bit of bulge that needs to be worked off, right? Along with improving our diets and upping our exercise regimens, Matt and I decided to also try some natural weight loss supplements that have no harsh chemicals or ingredients. So, how did it go? In short, they didn’t do much :/

In short, would I recommend taking any of these? No.
Garcinia Cambogia is the top-selling weight loss supplement at the moment. Matt tried the two garcinia cambogia supplements above and I tried the Fusion Burn because Matt can’t have caffeine (and there’s caffeine in Fusion Burn). The daily serving on both garcinia cambogia-only supplements have 1,000 mg garcinia cambogia, so it’s the recommended daily dosage (although some supplements have more garcinia in each serving).
I had really high hopes for the Fusion Burn because along with garcinia, it also has raspberry ketones, green coffee beans, and green tea extract. The Amazon reviews are also stellar, so I’m surprised that this didn’t work for me. I also tried garcinia years ago (read more on that here) and had success when I combined it with raspberry ketones, but it didn’t work this time 🙁
- Gives a slight energy boost, but not nearly like a cup of coffee or a good pre-workout supplement provides
- Slightly suppressed appetite, so less snacking
- No jitters or bad side effects
- No weight loss whatsoever. If anything, I’d say it made me gain weight. Since the whole point is to lose weight, I would say taking these was pretty pointless overall.
So, here are my thoughts…if you want to try Garcinia Cambogia, then these are top quality supplements, with the best type of Garcinia and no bad side effects. But for Matt and I, we just didn’t see any results, so we won’t continue taking them.
I received these products complimentary for testing purposes. All opinions are my own. I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
